Old Glory Honor Flight – Appleton

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked once again to support our heroes with a flag line (and cheering and smiles and applause) when they return. Old Glory Honor Flight celebrates its 10th anniversary and its 50th honor flight. Join us for the Welcome Home Celebration and give our vets the welcome home they so richly deserve. Enjoy music, support the OGHF merchandise booth and have a ton of family fun! Let’s pack the house Fans! Mission M50 leaves Appleton International Airport at 6:30 A.M. for Washington DC. Another group of deserving local Veterans will receive their “Tour of Honor” and become part of the Old Glory Honor Flight family! Come out to the Appleton International Airport to welcome their heroes back home after 7:30 PM. You may park in any of the parking lots at the airport. Patriot Guard Riders will NOT have to pay for parking. Bring your ticket to the RCs when you arrive. You will NOT be charged.

NOTE: We are limited to 24 flag bearers, the first 24 PGR members to arrive will receive flags. The rest are welcome to join the crowd. Should we not have 24 members when we are ready to form our line, the flags will be offered to members in similar groups.

Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
