Steve Halencak received a Law Enforcement degree from Vernon College. Steve attended the police academy and was certified by the State of Texas as a licensed peace officer followed by a 30 year career with the Vernon Police Department.

Mission Summary:
Part one of this mission is in Vernon, Texas, and will be handled by the
Panhandle Region of the PGR.

The funeral is taking place in Vernon at Sullivan Funeral Home. Once the
service is concluded the procession will proceed to Electra, Texas, where
the North Texas PGR will be waiting with a Flag/Honor Line.

Details Of Part 1:
The PGR will stage at the funeral home for the service honoring Officer Halencak. We will both place static flags around the perimeter of the funeral home and stand an honor line at the entrance for the arrival of the friends and family of this dedicated peace office.

Upon the start of the service we will prepare for the trip to the Electra Cemetery for the interment service.
