Mitchel have honored the Patriot Guard Riders with a request for an escort from Walnut Lawn Funeral Home to the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery and there to stand a flag line at our hero’s committal service where full military honors will be rendered.  Hero Mitchel proudly and honorably served in the USAF and upon his discharge worked as an engineer for McDonald Douglas in St. Louis and eventually retired to Springfield\, MO.  Hero Mitchel earned the Good Conduct Medal\, the Air Force Longevity Service Award and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award while serving in the USAF.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 09-26-19 \nStaging Time: 2:00 pm\n \nWalnut Lawn Funeral Home\n2001 W.
