ABOUT THE MISSION:
Nolan “Sodbuster” Harper served his beloved country honorably during WWII parachuting into Germany as a member of the 82nd Airborne Military Police Force. After his tour of duty he returned to Bastrop, Louisiana and worked at International Paper where he retired. Avid outdoorsman and active member of Bonita Road Baptist Church he leave behind a huge family and friends to mourn his loss. The family asked for the Patriot Guard and its our honor to be there for them.

Flags will be placed. We will stand at flags before the 10am service and after service escort to Memorial Park cemetery for interment. Approx. 4 mile escort. Be mindful of weather forecasts. The escort is weather permitting as thunderstorms are expected.

We have lost another Great American Hero,
Angie and I offer our deepest, and most heartfelt condolences to the Family and Friends of this true American Hero. It’s with great sorrow we say goodbye to all our great Heroes. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of those who stood and fought for our country. Be proud and strong in their beliefs.
