Noel Orren Wilkins, Veteran
Gravette, Arkansas – 01-16-21


He proudly served his country in the Navy Reserve and the Army. He moved his family to Southwest City, Missouri in 1974 and opened the Locker Plant in which he owned for six years. During this time, he also worked as a mail carrier in Joplin, Missouri, where he retired after 30 years. He was also the Southwest City Police Chief and coached summer league baseball. He was also a Life Member of the VFW and American Legion.

This will be a flag line only at a private residence.
Directions: From Decatur travel west on Hwy 102 for 3 miles, take right on Zion Rd. (on pavement road for approximately 1.5 miles) turn right onto dirt road (West on Mountain Road) go to 2nd drive on left (approximately 4/10 of a mile).
