ABOUT THE MISSION:

Sgt. Smith served his country in the Navy during WWII as a Fireman 2nd Class on the USS Princeton Battleship, USS Colorado and USS Cogswell and the U.S. Army as a Sergeant over a fleet of PT Boats during the Korean War. Sgt. Smith’s medals include WWII Victory Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal.
