ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been honored with a request by the family of SGT (E-6) Nelson Cook, U.S. Army, to stand tall and silent in honor of their loved one. SGT Nelson Cook served his nation with honor during the Vietnam Era with the 3rd Bn, 26th Artillery. He retired from MoDOT after 47 years, and was a lifetime member of the Lebanon Baptist Church in McGirk, serving as Deacon.

The church is located in the town of McGirk, approximately 5 miles east of California.
Service: 11:00 am.
Escort to Old Lebanon Cemetery on Cook Farm Ln for interment immediately following.
Escort will involve several miles of gravel road.
*NOTE* Due to road conditions no bikes please, cages only.
Please pay attention to weather and dress accordingly.
The forecast for escort Sat is 34 degrees and sunny.
