DESCRIPTION:[FONT=&amp]MSgt (Ret)Robert Thomas McGee[/FONT][FONT=&amp]\,[/FONT][FONT=&amp] 85\nUS Air Force Korea Veteran\nPortland\, OR\n28/JUN/16[/FONT][FONT=&amp]\n[/FONT]\n\n[FONT=&amp]\nLadies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, we have been requested to stand for [FONT=&amp]MSgt (Ret) Robert Thomas McGee[/FONT]\, age 85. Robert [/FONT][FONT=&amp]entered  into the Army Air Corp in 1949. Soon after\, he transferred into the  USAF. He was stationed in London from approximately 1949 to 1951. He also  served during the Korean War\, stationed in Japan from 1952 to 1954.  During the war\, he worked at a radar installation. After the war\, he was  stationed in the US and joined SAC at Topeka AFB. While there\, he  provided classroom and in-ﬂight training to B-52 crews to maintain  mechanical and electronic systems. He later transferred out of SAC and  moved to Lowry AFB providing technical training on radar-operated ﬁre  control systems. Robert ﬁnally transferred to Grissom AFB in 1963 and  provided training on weapons systems aboard the AC-47 “Puff the Magic  Dragon”. He retired from the USAF in 1969. [/FONT][FONT=&amp]Robert  was awarded the Good Conduct Medal\, Air Force Longevity Medal\, and Air  Force Commendation Medal.
