The wife of Lyle Eaton has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand not only in honor of her husband’s 22 years, 2 months and 18 days of service of but also because he belonged to and loved the PGR. Lyle attended missions in the area until his health prevented it and even then continued to read the mission emails.
Mr. Eaton served several tours in Vietnam as a Refueling Technician (Boom Operator) and Flight Engineer Technician.
He also continued to serve after he left service as a Postal Carrier, a Deputy Sheriff and finally as a quality control inspector for the government at Lockheed for a total of 44 years of service of one type or another to our country and the community.
