The family of MSG Andrew Jackson has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard to stand in his honor. Please come as able.
MSG Jackson was a 24 year Army veteran. His last duty assignment was as a munitions supervisor. He served in Germany, several tours in Vietnam, and many other assignments. He earned many awards including Vietnam Gallantry unit citation W Palm, Vietnam Service Medal with 3 bars, Good Conduct Medal, and the list goes on.
Staging will be at 10:00 a.m. behind the Hooters, 2000 N Monroe St., in the old Northwood Mall parking lot with KSU at 10:15. We will proceed to the church and stand a flag line. Flags will be available.
Service will be this Saturday (JUL 30) at Bethel MB Church located at 224 Martin Luther King Blvd., Tallahassee, at 11:00 a.m. with burial at South Side Cemetery located near the Tallahassee Airport following the service.
