Mount Vernon High School Veterans Recognition Day
Mt Vernon, Washington – 11-04-19


Ladies and Gentleman of the Patriot Guard Riders,we have been asked to help support Disabled American Veterans Chapter 59 in supporting a Heros of our Community event, in special tribute to the Veteran Elm Project. The Veteran Elm Project is in recognition of the the 50 members of Skagit Valley that gave their lives in service to their country during WWI. The DAV contact is himself a Retired Navy Chief, and helped sponsor the re-dedication of the Veteran Elm Project. We will be showing our support for the High School’s Veterans Recognition Day. This will be a flag line Ceremony.
