ABOUT THE MISSION:

We are sad to report the death of Lance Corporal Morris Griffing. His family has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his services and we will be honored to do so.

L.C. Griffing proudly served in the US Marine Corp from 1969 to 1972. After training at Camp Lejeune, N. C. he was stationed on Okinawa before being sent to Vietnam. He was a member of a mortar crew. He also served at Guantanamo Bay as an M.P. His awards and commendations include Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 device, Good Conduct Medal and Marksmanship Badge.

Please join us as we stand for one who stood for us.

ESCORT: Immediately following the service, the PGR will escort L.C. Griffing to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, 974 Hwy 43 North, Mendenhall MS 39114. The PGR will stand a silent US flag line during the graveside service.

The PGR has been asked to serve as Pall Bearers. If you can help, please contact the RC.
