ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Morris Gene Magness, U.S. Army Korean War Era Veteran has asked us to honor his memory and service to our Country by establishing a Flag Line prior to his funeral service, ride with him one last time, stand again at his committal service, fold and present his casket flag. Morris was born in Zoe, Oklahoma on April 10, 1933 to Marvin Lynnard and Leona Devoin (Buchanan) Magness. He grew up in Zoe and attended school there. Morris moved to Bristol in 1976 where he was a lifelong resident. He was a big part in the upbringing and a staple in the Bristol Community. On December 19, 2002 he married and they made their home in Poteau, Oklahoma. Morris served his country proudly in the United State Army during the Korean War.

After the Mission Briefing, the Riders will establish the Flag Line.
Once the service begins, the Riders will return the flags to the support vehicle, receive the Safety Brief, and prepare to ride in the procession.
Riders not riding in the procession will follow the Support Vehicle to the Cemetery for Part 2 of the Mission.
Instructions for Part 2 and directions to the cemetery will be provided by the Mission Ride Captain.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
