The family of CPL Morans “Hammer” Colston, Jr. has graciously requested the Patriot Guard Rider’s presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest.
CPL Colston served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and performed duties as a Field Artillery Batteryman. Upon completion of his military service, CPL Colston received an Honorable Discharge and awarded a Meritorious Mast (3rd award), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Meritorious Unit Citation and a Good Conduct Medal.
During CPL Colston’s post military service, he continued to serve his community with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. During his 25 years of LEO service, CPL Colston served as a Narcotics Detective, K-9 Handler, Motor Unit Officer and a SWAT Team Operator.
Please bring your 3 X 5 American Flags and join us as we stand in silent Respect and Honor for our U.S. Marine / Law Enforcement Officer and his family.
Note: This is a two-part mission.
Part 1 is a funeral service at the Church in Eustis, followed by an LEO assisted escort (approximately 3 miles) to the cemetery.
Part 2 is a committal service at the cemetery in Eustis.
