Once the service begins, the flags will be returned to the flag truck and a riders safety briefing will be held in preparation for the trip to DFWNC.

After the briefing by Dan Mathis at 1100 hrs. riders will go to shelter C, set the flag line and wait for the procession to arrive. Once the service ends, the flags will be returned to storage, riders debriefed and dismissed.
