Special Instructions:

Funeral Service and Procession Staging Time: 1:00 pm
Briefing Time: 1:15 pm
In Position/KSU Time: 1:30 pm
Starting Time: 2:00 pm
Riders will stage at the funeral home to be briefed and to stand tall and silent as family and friends arrive. After the service begins, flags will be returned to the support vehicle. Riders will then receive a safety briefing, and all riders staged for the 12 mile procession to the cemetery.
*Important Note: Riders must have their own face covering/mask available for any situations where 6’ or more social distancing may not be possible. The last thing we want is for the family or guests to be uncomfortable by our presence. Procession: Escort Provided

Memorial Service Part 2 Staging Time: 2:50 pm
Part 2 Briefing Time: 3:10
Part 2 In Position/KSU Time: 3:15
Part 2 Starting Time: 3:30
Part 2 Details: Those riders not participating in Part One may stage at the cemetery to be briefed and to establish a flag line and await the arrival of the procession. Riders in the procession will quickly dismount and join the flag line. Riders will stand tall and silent until the completion of the service, after which flags will be returned to the flag vehicle. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.Important Note: Riders must have their own face covering/mask available for any situations where 6’ or more social distancing may not be possible. The last thing we want is for the family or guests to be uncomfortable by our presence.
