REST IN PEACE PFC SPANN
_________________________________________________________________
Folks I went out again today and
got us a staging point. I am planning on staging at 830. I have not had
official word on if the protestors will be there or not. Either way we
will be there is support of the family. The meeting point is about 3
miles from the Church and the church is about 2.5 miles from the
cemetery. I have chose a staging point that trucks can be parked. So
long as there is not ice or snow I will be riding my bike. More than
likely I will haul it to the staging point off load it and take off
from there. If you wish to do this as well there will be plenty of
place to park your truck and trailer. The staging point will be at
Marcus theaters right off from Route 23. Below you will find directions
to the theater and will get further instructions at the theater as to
the route we will take to the church and then the cemetery. Below you
will find directions to the theater.
The best way to take is one
of two routes coming from the south or north hit 71. Take the 270 west
exit on the upper side of columbus your next exit will be Rt. 23 (N.
High St.) take taht towards Delaware ( North) Once you get on route 23
the first light you come to is East Campus View road make a right
there. ( Once you come off 270 stay in the right lane as you wil turn
within about 1 tenth of a mile.) Once on east Campus road the next
light is High Cross make a right there go about 100 feet and you will
see a sign for a shopping center and the theater. Turn in and I will be
at the theater at the far end of the parking lot. ( You can not miss
the theater as it is a 30 + theater cinema)
Ok if you come in
on 270 you will head towards the upper part of columbus. Can not give
an exact direction being this is the outer belt and it goes in a circle
it changes all the time. Most of the time it will say to Cleveland, but
not always. Follow taht till you get to the route 23 exit towards
delaware. if you are coming from the east it will be right after I-71
if from the west side of columbus it is right after 315. Once on Rt 23
towards delaware go to the first light make a right on east campus view
road. Go to next light with Fudruckers on the corner make anotehr right
and you will see the sign for the theater were we will meet up.
As
of now we will meet at 0830, if that were to change I will email you
all through your profile if you post on here that you will be coming.
If by any chance you need otehr directions from the ones I gave you
then please let me know by emailing me and leave a number and I will
call you does not matter where you are at I have long distance and dont
mind making a few calls. Please plan to be there by 0830 as we willll
brief and roll out soon after that. Hoping for a big turn out.
