CSM Michel Hutchins retired with over 25 years service to his country. He was a Field Artillery Senior Sergeant. His last duty station was USAR Control Group RCFAC\, St. Louis\, Mo. CSM Hutchins received the following Medals and ribbons: Legion of Merit\, National Defense Service Medal\, Army Commendation Medal-2\, Army Service Ribbon\, Meritorious Service Medal-4\, Overseas Service Ribbon-4\, Good Conduct Medal\, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon\, Sharp shooter Rifle(M1)\, Expert Rifle(M16)\, Sharpshooter (Carbine)\, Expert( grenade launcher)\, Services will be Wednesday\, September 4\, 2019\, at 1400 hrs. at the Crossroads Baptist Church in Elgin\, Okla. Interment will at the Fairview Cemetery in Apache\, Okla.
