ABOUT THE MISSION:

Born on 9 April 1956 in Dhahran, Saudia Arabia, the son of a father in the oil industry, Michael Proctor spent much of his childhood across the country and the globe with their home base being in Marquette, Michigan. Mike grew up with a passion for adventure and a commitment to help others. Mike attended the University of Arizona and it was then that he chose to stay in Arizona to make a difference. After college Mike joined the Tucson Police Department on September of 1978. His service to the Tucson community spanned 32 years. Officer Proctor spent most of his career in the traffic division as a Motor Officer and Instructor. Officer Proctor passed on 22 May 2019 leaving a legacy of dedication in all aspects of his life. Officer Proctor always met everything in life head on and made life better for those he came in contact with, he accepted nothing less than a better outcome on all of life’s endeavors.
