Honor Mission
Michael L. Moody , Veteran

The Patriot Guard is honored to stand for U.S. Army Veteran Michael Lamar Moody as he is laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery. After military service Mr. Moody continued to serve as a Law Enforcement Officer for 32 years. He was also a long time member of the Blue Knights.

Stage in the parking lot lining up for the escort. There will be no flag line at the funeral home. After a safety briefing we are scheduled to have KSU at approximately 10 am. We will have LEO assisted rolling honor to Georgia National Cemetery.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

Special Instructions:

Stage at the flag pole and await the arrival of the escort. We will move to the assigned shelter at the appropriate time. Service is scheduled for 10:30 am.
Coronavirus precaution disclosure: Please bring a mask and wash hands often, be prepared to follow the guidelines from state and local officials as well as facility or cemetery guidelines to be outlined at mission briefing. A general record of attendees will be held by ride captain for a period not to exceed 2 weeks in the case of the need for contact tracing. If you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of attending a mission please contact Ride Captain with that information, your name will NOT be disclosed.Those who are sick, have a household member or other close contact who is sick should not attend and those who have higher risk of severe illness should weigh the benefits of in-person attendance against risk of exposure to a person with COVID-19, especially if recommendations for wearing masks and social distancing may be difficult to follow for themselves or others.
