ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Veteran Michael Turner, 48, U.S. Army, Overton, Nebraska, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders provide a flag line at his funeral service in Lexington Nebraska at the Lexington Christian Church; an escort to Fort McPherson and a flag line at the committal Gazebo.

Following high school, Mike enlisted the U.S. Army. He was stationed in Germany and fought in Desert Storm. He spent almost eight years serving his country and was very proud to be Army.

Mike was an active dedicated member of the Guardians of the Children M/C helping organize many events supporting the fight against child abuse. Many GOC support PGR Missions.

The mission of the Guardians of the Children (GOC M/C) is to recognize and react to child abuse and educate the public to do the same; to serve as advocates to provide strength and stability to families in crisis; and be an answer to the prayer of an abused child or teen for courage, support and protection
