ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders are honored to be requested by the family of Sgt Michael Edward Keegan, 42, a USMC Veteran, of Brunswick, MD, to stand a flag line for him on 14 April 2017 and then escort him to his final resting place.
Sgt Keegan died 9 April 2017 in a tragic motorcycle accident. Sgt Keegan was stationed at Marine Barracks, Washington, DC, and Marine Forces Europe, Stuttgart, Germany. He was employed by the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), in Washington, DC. Michael was an active member of the Leathernecks Nation MC. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, and a large and loving family. He will be missed by many.
This is a two part mission. The visitation will be held at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Oppossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm on Friday, 14 April 2017. Part 2, services will be held in the Funeral Home on 15 April 2017 at 1:00 pm, and Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery immediately following.
