The PGR will stage at Southside Church of Christ, flags will be set, riders will given the mission brief and prepare to receive the family and friends of CPL McDougal. Once the service starts, the Ride Captain will make the decision when to remove the flags and take them to the support vehicle. The riders will be debriefed and dismissed from Part 1 of this mission.Part 2 is at the Perrin Memorial Garden Cemetery.

Riders that do not ride in procession will stage at Perrin Memorial Garden Cemetery for the interment service. Once at the cemetery, the riders will be briefed, set a flag line and await the friends and family of CPL McDougal. After the service, flags will be furled and returned to the storage vehicle, and then riders briefed and dismissed.
