ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sadly, we have lost another veteran and Patriot Guard Rider. The family of PO2 Michael Dallas Powell has graciously requested the Patriot Guard escort him from the District 14 Medical Examiner’s Office, 3737 Frankfort Ave, Panama City Fl to Trahan’s Family Funeral Home, 419 Yoakum Court, Pensacola Fl. PO2 Powell honorably served in the United States Navy from 3 September 1975 until 17 June 1979. Michael was also a faithful rider with the NWFLPGR before moving to Georgia. He and his family were vacationing in Panama City when he passed at the age of 68.
