Dunn has requested the Patriot Guard Riders escort him to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Michael served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.  During his service to this grateful Nation he received the National Defense Service Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal with one Bronze Star and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
