The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the Missing In America Project (MIAP) to help escort and stand a flag line for two Veterans. These Veterans, who are without families, are being released for interment by the Horry County Coroner’s office in Conway, SC and will be interred at Florence National Cemetery.
The PGR has the honor to show respect to:
SP4 Richard Lynn McKinney, US Army. He served 1974 to 1977.
Private (E-2) PV2 John Lee Parker, US Army. He served 1972 to 1975.

STAGING: Horry County Coroner’s office, located in the Horry County Police Department Headquarters (HCP), 2560 Main Street (Hwy. 701 N.), Conway, SC 29526.

STAGE: 1230 hours (12:30 PM).
KSU: 1245 (12:45 PM) under HCP escort.
MIAP Ceremony at Florence National Cemetery: 1400 (2:00 PM).
The PGR will provide an escort from Conway to Florence National Cemetery (FNC). A Flag Line will already be established. Members of the escort will join the Flag Line upon arrival at FNC. Due to the distance and highway speeds, do not use large flags.
STAGING AT CEMETERY: For those going directly to the FNC, please assemble at 1330 (1:30 pm) to form the flag line for the arrival of the escort.
Note: This Mission will take place, rain or shine. We will escort by four wheelers if we have inclement weather.
