Mission details: Flag line at HNC shelter at 1115. Flag bikes will escort the funeral procession from the main entrance to the shelter.
Obituary: TSgt Raymond Lee Rex Sr., USMC, was born on July 14, 1941 and passed from this earth on December 28, 2014 at 73 years of age. Raymond served our country from 1958 through 1967 in the Marine Corps and 1975 through 1977 in the Air Force Reserves Medical Unit. Raymond enlisted in the Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton in 1958 at the age of 17 and was sent to Vietnam in 1966. He was honorably discharged in 1967. Raymond went on to join the Air Force Reserves Medical Unit in 1975 and was honorably discharged once again in 1977. He was awarded several medals from his time in the Marine Corps and was a true Marine up to the very end. The messages bring great comfort to the family.
