DESCRIPTION:The Patriot Guard Riders have again been honored with a  family request\, to present a flag line at the 7 Year Memorial Mass to be  held at the Immaculate Conception Church\, this Sunday\, 16 March 2014 \nRonnie  was killed in the line of duty when he was ejected from his vessel in  the Puget Sound in Washington State\, 25 March\, 2007.   Ronnie joined the  Coast Guard after the 9-11 attacks and was stationed in Alaska.  He was  part of a special unit formed specifically for extended port patrol  where ships were coming in with cargo intended to harm the U.S.     91111\, formed immediately after the attacks\, was Port Security on  steroids.  This was a specially trained unit performing beyond the duty  of “normal” Coast Guard  units due to the heightened risk to our country in 2011. \nThe  following is a request from Ron Gill Sr. :Ronnie’s Mass will be 2 weeks  from today\, March 16th at 11:30. It will be held at Immaculate  Conception Church. The address is 237 Garden Hills Dr. It is on the  corner of Garden Hills Dr. and Oaklawn Ave. Very easy to get too. We had  to change churches this year because St. Ann’s Parish had to close last  year. We hope that you will be able to attend.
