Page 8 Appreciation Letters From Dana Bean
6/6/07
My wife & I wish to thank the Patriot Guard Riders for your support. I read the many letters on your website & we have been proud to have your escort. Clearly our son, Pfc.Matthew Bean, was able to “complete the mission” that God sent him here for in just 22 years. I wish I could claim such success! Perhaps our heavenly reward as parents is that we allowed God to use us to help shape Matthew into a young man who loved & honored his Lord, country, & family. He was a gift to all that knew him. No father could be more proud of how he lived & died! Now, because of the shedding of Christ’s blood, Matthew is with our Lord. “Thank you Lord for lending us Matthew!”
God’s Son…& mine died for you!
