Honor Guards\, Veteran Associations\, National Guard Units\, and The Civil War Memorial Guard are just a few of the units participating\,   There will a flag raising ceremony\, a 21 gun salute in support of the wreath laying\, and a flyover by a Black Hawk Helicopter. \nFor planning purposes the start of the ceremony will be 12:30.
