SUMMARY:Memorial - Flag Raising Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Patriot Guard and Associates\, \nWe are honored to have been asked to stand a Flag Line for the Flag Raising in memory of William R. Carr\, AD3\, US Navy who served from 1974 to 1977 with Training Squadron 27 (VT-27) at Naval Air Station\, Corpus Christi\, Texas. He received several Letters of Commendation and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. He has been selected as the Veteran of the Month by the Tyler-Seward-Kubish Post 44 American Legion. \nWe will stand a Flag Line during the raising of the Flag in his honor. \nAssistant State Captain Jack Casey will be RCIC and will have Flags and water on site. There is another Honor Mission in Winsted\, CT at the same time. We plan on having a number of members attend to stand a Flag Line there during calling hours from 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs (10:00 am to 12::00 pm).
