Riders will stage at the event site and post flags which will remain in place until the event has concluded.

Riders will park where directed by the escort service reps and prepare the flag line. The event will be held at the flag pole. We will stand the flag line during the event and at the conclusion of the ceremony we will furl the flags and be dismissed.Moore typically provides drinks and hot dogs for this event.
