Memorial Day Ceremony

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The organizers of the Ruritan Pelion Veterans Memorial Ceremony have asked the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the Memorial Day ceremony at their town memorial.

Briefing: 9:15 A.M.
Flag Line: 9:30 A.M.
We will stand a flag line during the ceremony.  Ceremony music begins at 9:45 with the Ceremony to start at 10:00. It is expected to last 45 min – 1 hour. The memorial is beside Pelion’s old town hall on 1010 Main Street (Hwy 178) directly behind the IGA.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.

Memorial Day Ceremony

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard has been invited again this year to participate in the annual Memorial Day Ceremonies to honor all our fallen military heroes who have gone before us to provide the liberties we enjoy today.

This will be a flag line only event at the “Circle of the Immortals” at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

The event is open to the public and begins at 10:00 a.m. You can invite your families to enjoy the ceremonies. Seating under cover and parking is limited, and there may be some walking involved. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs. This has always been a very well attended event and it is an honor for us to be invited back each year.

Check the weather, dress accordingly and prepare for rain or shine mission. Stay hydrated.
