South East Rural Community Outreach (SERCO) is honored to present “THE MOVING WALL” as a part of Memorial Day. “The Moving Wall” is the half-size replica of the Washington, DC Vietnam Veterans Memorial and has been touring the country for thirty two years. Vietnam Veterans and volunteers built “The Moving Wall”. It went on display for the first time in Tyler, Texas in October of 1984. We will be busy, that is obvious, but we will never pass up the opportunity to remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
