DESCRIPTION:William James Kirk\nVeteran\, US Navy\n1937-2016\nSaturday\, 16 July 2016 \n\n\n\nThe Patriot Guard Riders have the honor and privilege to stand a flag line for Mr. Kirk at his final resting place.\n\nMr. Kirk was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  His daughter has asked us to honor her father and we will be there to do  so. Mr. Kirk was 79 years old. \nMr. Kirk retired as an E-9 Chief Petty  Officer in 1980. He was a Radar Operator with the Navy. He was also a  Vietnam Veteran.\n\nBurial service will be at the Resthaven  Memorial Gardens at 11:00am. Resthaven is located on Catoctin Mountain  Highway (Route 15\, just north of Frederick\, Maryland). We will stand our  flag line graveside. \nRally Point: Resthaven Memorial Gardens\, Frederick Maryland. \n    Rally Time : 10:15am. \nWe will meet in the main parking lot as you enter the grounds and move to the graveside location at 10:30 am.\n\nWeather is fore casted to be mixed clouds  and sun and 20% chance of rain. Temps in the mid 80’s. \nPlease bring  your 3×5 flags for the flag line at the cemetery. Also bring something  to drink to stay hydrated. \nRide Captain – Michael Buck (240) 812-2872
