ABOUT THE MISSION:

TSgt Yager served 20 years, from 1961 until 1981, with the United State Air Force. His awards include Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters. Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters and Basic Aircrew badge.

A mission briefing will be held, and the riders will establish the Flag Line for the funeral service. When the service begins, flags will be returned to the support vehicle to relocate to the interment site detailed in part 2 of this mission. Riders participating in the procession will receive a safety briefing and ready the bikes to accompany Mr. Yager, family and friends in the procession to the interment site.

Riders at this location will set the flags and await the arrival of Mr. Yager, family and friends. Riders will man the flag line and stand tall and silent during the Interment Service. When directed, flags will be returned to the support vehicle, furled and stowed. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.
NOTE: Times are estimated for this portion since length of the preceding service and transit time to the cemetery are uncertain.
