Petty Officer Wilkins honorably served in the United States Navy from Feb 1982 to Mar 2000. Petty Officer Wilkins received the following awards: Navy Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Battle “E” (2), Good Conduct Medal (4), Southwest Asia Service Medal w/BS, National Defense Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and the Naval Reserve Sea Service Ribbon. He had over 14 yrs. of sea duty. Services will be held at Faith Chapel South Funeral Home, 100 Beverly Parkway, Pensacola, FL. Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1400, Site “A”.
