  6. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders: Words cannot describe the feelings your presence and contributions to the service brought to all of us present today. While serving as his Legal Guardian, I was only able to learn a limited amount about him, but I know that he downplayed attention in life. There were stories that we heard today about his spunk, his service to his community as a police office, and what he would have thought about all of those people today! However, I think he would have felt pride at knowing that his life was honored and respected by so many of his brothers and sisters today, as well as members of the community. Thank you for your contribution to our great nation, and for your ongoing dedication to honoring fellow Veterans.
