Mark was a longtime friend and a true patriot. I had the distinct honor to become very close to him and his wife, April who passed away a couple of years ago. I hate to see him go, but I’m sure they’re together again now. I will be traveling from Middle Tennessee to ride in his honor. Many thanks to Bernie, and also David Westhorp, the Tennessee state RC, for their assistance in setting up this honor mission!

May family and friends find strength in acknowledgement that Mark Millican, having served this nation honorably, was willing to sacrifice all that another might taste or maintain liberty and stood courageously where few dared tread and for such dedication to nation, duty, and service rendered, is so remembered and honored among patriots. Please accept my sincere condolences.
