My Condolences go out to family and friends of (Ret) US Army Veteran, Mark Stephen Millican may you rest in peace and God be with you, Thank you for your service.
Mark was a longtime friend and a true patriot. I had the distinct honor to become very close to him and his wife, April who passed away a couple of years ago. I hate to see him go, but I’m sure they’re together again now. I will be traveling from Middle Tennessee to ride in his honor. Many thanks to Bernie, and also David Westhorp, the Tennessee state RC, for their assistance in setting up this honor mission!
