ABOUT THE MISSION:
Mark honorably served in the US Army for over 14 years and enjoyed assignments in Germany, California and Texas (1st Cav). Most notably, he served on the front lines in the First Gulf War in the liberation of Kuwait, during Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM. Following a relocation to Benbrook, Texas, he fulfilled his passion by serving in his final occupation at the Fort Worth National Cemetery as an Automotive Maintenance Mechanic, ensuring all equipment to support the beautification of the grounds were in pristine conditions, worthy of the dedicated veterans and their spouses who rest there.

Starting Time 1pm. Riders will stage and prepare the flag line.
After the briefing we will stand the flag line prior to the funeral service.
Once the service begins we will furl the flags and return them to the truck and then prepare for the short procession to DFW National Cemetery.

Short mission brief.
If needed, Honor Bikes will be selected and they will move to the appropriate staging lane in preparation for the procession to the committal shelter. The remaining riders will move to the designated shelter, set the flags and establish the Flag Line to await the arrival of Mr. Lane, family and friends. When directed, riders will return the flags to the storage area, have a short debriefing and be dismissed.
