ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sixty-year old Mark Edward Spicer passed from this earth on 17 March 2021. He served in the US Navy as an E1 (ENFR – Engineman, Fireman Recruit) for four years being discharged on 11 Oct 83. He earned the Humanitarian Service Medal and SEA Service Deployment Ribbon. A memorial service will be conducted in Kansas on 17 April 21 which will be supported by the Kansas PGR. The New Mexico PGR has been requested to provide an escort from the home to the cemetery on 1 May 21 and stand a flag line during Military Honors provided by the US Navy.
