The Patriot Guard Riders have been honored with a request from the family of Mark Blane Denison to stand a Flag Line and then escort their loved one to his final resting place.

Mark served his country with honor and distinction in the United States Army and also served with the Waynesville, MO Police Department. He passed away on 3 August 2016 in Montrose, CO at the age of 54.

The PGR will stage at on Tuesday 9 August 2016 at 11:45am.

Following a 12:00pm briefing we will stand a Flag Line from 12:15pm-1:00pm.

Following the services we will escort Mark to his final resting place at Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery located on Highway 17 South where Mark will be laid to rest with full military honors.

The weather forecast for 9 August calls for temperatures in the mid 80’s with an 80% chance of thunderstorms, mostly during the overnight hours. The storms should end around 9:00am. Regardless, ride and drive with caution, dress appropriately, and HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE.
