This will be a two-part mission to include an escort from Flanagan Funeral Home and Crematory\, Buford and receiving full military honors at Georgia National Cemetery (GNC). \nLTC Mann was born September 3\, 1937 in Atlanta\, GA. He was a 1955 graduate of Brown High School in Atlanta\, and a 1959 graduate of North Georgia University with a Master’s Degree. LTC Mann served twenty-two years in both Counter and Tactical Intelligence. He served two tours in Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart.
