Marcel served in the USN from 1953 to 1957 and then enlisted in the USCG and retired in 1984. He served off the coast of South Vietnam and earned several Medals. His Memorial service will be at the Holy Apostle Church\, 6300 N. Meridian Rd. on Thur. 4-11-2019 at 10:30 am.
