Mr. McCarthy’s awards include Air Force Commendation Medal\, AF Achievement Medal w/ 1 Bronze OLC\, Meritorious Service Medal w/ 1 silver and 1 bronze OLC\, NCO Professional Military Education Ribbon w/ 2 bronze OLCs\, Small Arms Expert Markmanship Ribbon w/ 1 bronze start\, Humanitarian Service Medal\, AF Longevity Service Award w/ 1 silver and 1 bronze OLC\, National Defense Service Medal w/ 2 bronze stars\, AF Overseas Long Tour Ribbon\, Overseas Short Tour Ribbon\, AF Training Ribbon\, Coast Guard Meritorious Unit Commendation\, AF Outstanding Unit Award w/ 1 silver and 4 bronze OLCs\, and the AF Good Conduct Medal w/ 1 silver and 4 bronze OLCs.
