ABOUT THE MISSION:

We are sad to report the death of US CMSgt Mack Martell McMarthy (68). Mr. McCarthy’s awards include Air Force Commendation Medal, AF Achievement Medal w/ 1 Bronze OLC, Meritorious Service Medal w/ 1 silver and 1 bronze OLC, NCO Professional Military Education Ribbon w/ 2 bronze OLCs, Small Arms Expert Markmanship Ribbon w/ 1 bronze start, Humanitarian Service Medal, AF Longevity Service Award w/ 1 silver and 1 bronze OLC, National Defense Service Medal w/ 2 bronze stars, AF Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, Overseas Short Tour Ribbon, AF Training Ribbon, Coast Guard Meritorious Unit Commendation, AF Outstanding Unit Award w/ 1 silver and 4 bronze OLCs, and the AF Good Conduct Medal w/ 1 silver and 4 bronze OLCs. The family of Mr. McCarthy have requested the Patriot Guard Riders help honor and pay respect for his service to our great country.

Special Instructions:

Visitation — We will stand a silent flag line for Mr. McCarthy during his visitation from 10:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Family visitation is from 10:30-11 a.m.
Escort and Burial Service — At approx. 2:05 p.m. we will depart to escort Mr. McCarthy to Biloxi National Cemetery for a 2:30 p.m. committal service.
Note: During the escort, we are allowed as many as want to participate, however due to current BNC guidelines we are limited to 10 people for the burial service.
RC will determine the 10 that stay at BNC.
Masks are required at BNC.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
