ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Luis Villegas, US Army WWII Veteran, has invited the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders to stand tall and silent at his Funeral Service, accompany him in a very short procession to the interment site on the property in the Adoration section, and again stand for him at his Interment Service. Mr. Villegas served from February 7, 1945 to November 28, 1946. He was assigned as a military policeman with the Army Air Forces while in Japan. He went on patrols into the neighboring towns to protect military personnel. Mr. Villegas also worked as a gate guard and checked the authority of all personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the camp. Mr. Villegas was armed with a .45 automatic pistol.

The Honor Guard will be present. There will be no escort provided.
At the conclusion of the Interment Service, flags will be returned to the Support vehicle and the Riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
