ABOUT THE MISSION:
Mr. Barker achieved the rank of GM1-Gunner’s Mate 1st Class Petty Officer. He was awarded the Navy “E” Ribbon, Navy Good Conduct medal (3), National Defense Service Medal (2), Expert Pistol Shot Medal, Expert Rifleman Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon (2), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (5), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Iraqi Campaign Medal. Mr. Barker’s Specialty was as a Naval Special Warfare Small Arms Organizational Level Maintenance Technician.

Funeral Service and Procession Starting Time 1030 am
After the mission briefing, we’ll make a flag line to receive family and friends
Our certificate will be presented before the Service begins. Those Riders not participating in the procession will be dismissed to Part 2 of this mission.
Procession Riders will escort to the National Cemetery.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

Honor bikes, if necessary, will move to the staging lanes and prepare to escort Mr. Barker to the committal shelter. All other Riders will move to the shelter, set the flags and prepare to receive the procession.
