LTC McKinstry retired from the United States Army after 21 years of service.  LTC McKinstry was in Vietnam as a Combat Army Pilot in 1967-68 and was awarded the Bronze Star\, 28 Air Combat Medals\, among other meritorious medals & honorable citations and was Honorably Discharged.  There will be visitation at the Christ the King Catholic Church\, Daphne\, Alabama at 1000 hrs to 1100.
